I even installed the Bluetooth and tried to install the Bluetooth suite.exe but that does not even open and does not install. Please help preferably to completely remove Bluetooth and reset it. The default microphone on the laptop only works no matter what I do. I even went to sound settings and changed the input and output devices and even changed the defaults to the headset but still does not work.
The mic never works but the music works sometimes and sometimes it does not. Sometimes it says 'Connected voice, music' and still doesn't work. At present, my Bluetooth does not scan for any nearby devices and if it scans and gets connected, it says 'Connected voice' and nothing works or it says 'Connected music' and the mic on my Bluetooth headset does not work, but the headset works perfectly fine on other devices. Hi, so I recently reset my Acer Aspire V3-571G laptop and then my Bluetooth drivers kept giving me problems, one or the other thing kept getting messed up.
